All our facilities are independently certified to Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards, and our procedures are certified to ISO9001 standards. Our ovens are certified by theoretical calculation and then independently re-certified by application of indicator organisms under worst-case scenario conditions. Our greatest asset, our people, are thoroughly trained, retrained, and continually tested and challenged in confomity with our quality system requirements.
Each facility from where we obtain products has in-house equipment and facilities to monitor key quality parameters and ensure that process parameters adjusted quickly in order to ensure that the quality of our products are kept within acceptable range, from the beginning of each lot to the end.
At Nutrin, each and every lot is thoroughly inspected before the raw material is even allowed into our factory, as well as during processing, and after finished product has been produced. Each and every lot is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis certifying quality and food safety parameters. Every food safety-related item on a Nutrin Certificate of Analysis is measured at ISO-Certified independent laboratories of international repute.
