Our own growth has always been fueled by our relationship with growers, men and women who have a vision to be different, and a desire to improve their products, their agricultural practices, their environment, and their lives.
We provide them with a stable market for their conventional and organic crops.
We provide them with seed options, when requested. Options which improve farmers yield, but which also improve our consistency.
We provide them with support during the transition from conventional to organic farming by offering premium prices for conventional crop grown during land transition, in exchange for a discount of equal size when land is organic certified. This "smoothes out" the cost of conversion.
We provide them with technical support, either through our own affiliated agronomists, or by putting them in contact with other farmers who have accumulated a vast amount of experience and have a wealth of knowledge to share.
